Any property owner appealing any written decision concerning the interpretation or administration of this chapter by any subordinate to the city manager shall first appeal in writing to the city manager, who shall make a written response within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the appeal. Within the fifteen (15) day period, the city manager may hold hearings and request such additional information as deemed necessary in order to render a written decision. (Ord. 1969, 2011)
