13.42.460: FLOOD TOLERANT LAND USES:
Regulatory flood areas may be utilized for, but not limited to, the following uses:
Agricultural uses.
Back yards.
Common area or open space.
Golf course or driving range.
Landscape nursery or nursery stock production.
Linear parks or tree belt.
Nature areas.
Parking lots.
Recreational parks.
Regional detention facilities.
