13.42.430: AREAS OUTSIDE SUBDIVISIONS:
The city reserves the right to require improvements to preclude any backup of tail water inundating any areas outside of the dedicated drainage easements in the subdivision as a result of a 50-year frequency flood. (Ord. 1969, 2011)
