13.42.425: OPEN PAVED STORM DRAINAGE:
Open paved storm drainage channels shall be constructed in accordance with city specifications and requirements. Side slopes above the paved section shall be shaped and sodded on a slope of three horizontal to one vertical (3:1) or flatter. Fences shall not be erected closer than one foot (1') (measured horizontally) to the edge of the paved section. (Ord. 1969, 2011)
