13.42.405: IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED BY PLANNING COMMISSION:
When the planning commission, subsequent to the submission by a developer of a preliminary plat, requires a bridge or culvert at a residential street and the required hydraulic cross section is greater than forty (40) square feet, the city may, but is not required to, participate in the cost of construction of the bridge or culvert. (Ord. 1969, 2011)
