13.42.270: USE OF OTHER FLOOD DATA:
When regulatory flood elevation data are not available, the city manager may use flood information from any other authoritative source, such as historical data or studies from other private or governmental sources, to establish flood elevations within the regulatory flood area, for the purposes of this chapter. (Ord. 1969, 2011)
