The city council of the city of Okmulgee designates the city manager or his/her designee as floodplain administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of national flood insurance program regulations in title 44 CFR pertaining to floodplain management. Provided that the city manager may delegate these responsibilities as deemed appropriate. (Ord. 2017, 2014)
