13.42.060: LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES:
   A.   This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the city of Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
   B.   This chapter shall also apply to all areas within the jurisdiction of the city, even if not within a known and mapped area of special flood hazard. (Ord. 1969, 2011: Ord. 1966, 2010)
