The system of limited access facilities of the city is classified into arterial highways and auxiliary service highways, as follows:
A. Arterial Highways: The following access facilities are declared to be arterial highways:
1. Eufaula Street, from Oklahoma Avenue to Okmulgee Avenue; Okmulgee Avenue, from Eufaula Street to Sixth Street;
2. Kern Avenue, from Fourth Street to Sixth Street;
3. Sixth Street, from Kern Avenue to Missions Road; Mission Road, from Sixth Street to Fourth Street;
4. Muskogee Avenue, from Sixth Street to Thirteenth Street;
5. Thirteenth Street, from Muskogee Avenue to Choctaw Avenue; Choctaw Avenue, from Thirteenth Street to Twentieth Street;
6. Fourth Street, from Kern Avenue to the west line of Okmulgee Avenue and from the east line of Okmulgee Avenue to Central Avenue;
7. Central Avenue, from Fourth Street to Sixth Street.
B. Auxiliary Service Highways: All other parts and portions of the system of limited access facilities not herein declared to be arterial highways are declared to be auxiliary service highways. (Prior code § 627)
