12.08.030: PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO CONFORM TO STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT REGULATIONS:
The city engineer, or such other designated person, shall not approve the application unless the plans and specifications submitted conform to "Standard Designs - Driveway Entrances - For Oklahoma Highways", revised September 1956, and prepared by the Oklahoma state highway department. (Ord. 982 § 3, 1960)
