Okmulgee state park or the city of Okmulgee shall have the right to investigate and inspect all boat docks/lake access sites as often as they shall deem necessary for the adequate supervision thereof and they shall have the right to enter all such places at any reasonable time for the purpose of making such an investigation. Acceptance of a permit shall constitute expressed consent to such inspections. (Ord. 1930 § 2, 2008)
