No boat docks shall be permitted on Dripping Springs Lake. Private boat docks will be allowed on Lake Okmulgee by permit but no commercial boat docks will be allowed or operated. No person, firm or corporation may construct, install, relocate or operate any wharf, dock, boat ramp, landing, anchorage, boathouse or barge on the waters or shorelands of Lake Okmulgee until and unless a boat dock/lake access permit shall have been issued by the city.
