Any person who shall violate, attempt to violate, or who counsels or aids another to violate or attempt to violate, any of the provisions of this title, or the lawful rules that may be made under authority of this title shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be penalized as provided in title 1, chapter 1.12 of this code. The violation of any of the rules and regulations herein or of any of the laws of the state of Oklahoma or of the United States is hereby prohibited, and any person or persons violating the said rules or laws shall be subject to immediate ejectment from Lake Okmulgee and Dripping Springs Lake areas and immediate cancellation of any license or permit provided for herein, if held by the offenders; and the repeated violation by any person or persons shall render such person ineligible to obtain future licenses or privileges or to enter upon said property, and Okmulgee police officers or Okmulgee state park officials are hereby authorized and directed to take all necessary steps to prosecute in the proper court or courts any person or persons violating the said rules, regulations and laws upon said property.
