11.10.020: SPORT FISHING; PROHIBITED MEANS OF TAKING FISH:
Sport fishing shall be allowed upon Lake Okmulgee and Dripping Springs Lake; provided, no person may use at any time for taking, catching or killing fish any of the following instrumentalities:
   A.   Any trotline or throwline to which more than seventy five (75) hooks are attached, such hooks being spaced not less than twenty four inches (24") apart. Provided further, that any lines used must:
      1.   Have the name of the owner attached thereto;
      2.   Not be set within three feet (3') of the surface of the water at any point beyond six feet (6') from either point of attachment; and
      3.   Be attended once every twenty four (24) hours.
   B.   Any rotenone or other poison, dynamite or other explosive or any electrical device used for shocking purpose.
   C.   Any net, trap, spear, trammel net or seine of any kind. (Ord. 1930 § 2, 2008)
