11.08.010: MIGRATORY WATERFOWL HUNTING PERMITTED; STATE LAW TO APPLY; SHOTGUNS ONLY:
Hunting by any means on Lake Okmulgee or Dripping Springs Lake shall be prohibited with the exception that hunting for migratory waterfowl shall be allowed during the lawful open season therefor, by means of shotgun only; provided:
   A.   No person shall hunt with a rifle of any size or caliber.
   B.   No person shall take, shoot, kill or trap any quail or doves upon said premises at any time.
   C.   No person shall take or kill more wild ducks or wild geese than permitted by the state of Oklahoma and/or United States laws.
   D.   No person shall shoot or kill any game birds or nongame birds or animals at any time, either in daytime or nighttime, when such shooting is prohibited by state of Oklahoma or United States laws. (Ord. 1930 § 2, 2008)
