11.02.060: RUBBISH:
No person shall leave, deposit, drop, or scatter bottles, broken glass, ashes, wastepaper, cans, or other rubbish except in receptacles designated for that purpose, or in the event no receptacles are available all such items shall be packed out of the area. (Ord. 1930 § 2, 2008)
