11.02.050: ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; PUBLIC INTOXICATION:
No person shall possess, consume or inhale any intoxicating substance of any kind. Substances containing more than 3.2 percent alcohol by weight are deemed intoxicating. Nor shall any person be within the area of Okmulgee Lake and/or Dripping Springs Lake in a state of intoxication. (Ord. 1930 § 2, 2008)
