To ensure peace and adequate rest, no person shall so conduct himself that he in a disorderly manner disturbs others.
Without limiting the foregoing, no person shall shout, sing, play radios, phonographs, televisions, or other such electronic or mechanical instruments, in such manner that same emits sound beyond the immediate area between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. daily. No person shall, at any time, use outside electric equipment including electrical speakers at a volume which emits sound beyond the immediate area, without first obtaining a written permit from Okmulgee State Park.
