Any person violating any of the provisions of section 10.94.010, 10.94.020, 10.94.060 or 10.94.110 of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction shall be subject to the penalties set forth in section 1.12.010 of this code, plus court costs. Each act in violation of any of such provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense and each day an act(s) continues in violation of any of the provisions of section 10.94.010, 10.94.020, 10.94.060 or 10.94.110 of this chapter shall also be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
