2.03.010: REGULAR MEETING TIME:
The council of the city shall hold a regular meeting at five o'clock (5:00) P.M. on every third Tuesday of every month; provided, that if such Tuesday falls on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held at that time of day on the next day which is not a holiday.
