The employee retirement system, city manager defined contribution plan of the city of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, is hereby amended as shown on exhibit A economic growth and tax relief act of 2001 amendment and required minimum distribution amendment to the city of Okmulgee plan, which is attached to ordinance 1822 and incorporated herein by reference. This amendment shall be effective as of July 1, 2002, and is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects. (Ord. 1822 § 1, 2003)
