9.20.200: PERSON UNDER TWENTY ONE YEARS; NOT ALLOWED ON PREMISES:
No owner or proprietor of a retail alcoholic beverage store in this city and no person employed therein shall permit any person under twenty one (21) years of age to enter into, to remain within or to loiter about the premises of such retail alcoholic beverage store. (Ord. 957 § 22, 1959)
