9.04.050: IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER OR CITY EMPLOYEE:
It is unlawful for any person to personate any officer or employee of the city, falsely represent himself to be an officer or employee of the city, or exercise or attempt to exercise any of the duties, functions or powers of an officer or employee of the city without being duly authorized to do so. (Prior code § 425)
