The mayor and city clerk are authorized and directed to execute the economic growth and tax relief reconciliation act of 2001 amendment and required minimum distribution amendment to the city of Okmulgee plan which is attached to ordinance 1821 as exhibit A and to do all other acts necessary to put the amendment into effect.
