The defined contribution retirement system of the city of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, is amended as reflected on the 1999 amendment to the defined contribution plan effective July 1, 1999, which is attached to the ordinance codified in this article as exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference, and is adopted, ratified and approved.
