The city of Okmulgee may enter into agreements with local veterinarians to collect the fees and issue licenses pursuant to this title. The veterinarian may keep two dollars ($2.00) of the amount collected to offset bookkeeping and other costs associated with this program. The veterinarian shall be required to keep records of such transactions on a form provided by the office of animal control and said records shall be turned over to the animal control officer on a weekly basis along with the balance of the fees collected. The animal control officer shall submit all fees collected to the finance department of the city of Okmulgee along with copies of all forms submitted by the veterinarians. (Ord. 1877 § 2, 2006)
