No unauthorized person shall:
A. Break or attempt to break into the animal shelter, or take or let out any animal kept therein;
B. Take or attempt to take from any officer or employee of the city of Okmulgee or from any contracted agent of the city of Okmulgee any animal taken into custody as provided in this title; or
C. In any manner interfere with or hinder an officer, employee, or agent of the city of Okmulgee in the discharge of his duties relating to the taking into custody and impounding of animals as provided in this title. (Ord. 1877 § 2, 2006)
