The employee retirement system, defined benefit plan of the city of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, is hereby amended as shown on exhibit A economic growth and tax relief act of 2001 amendment and required minimum distribution amendment to the city of Okmulgee plan, which is attached to ordinance 1820 and incorporated herein by reference. This amendment shall be effective as of July 1, 2002, and is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects. (Ord. 1820 § 1, 2003)
