The employee retirement system, defined benefit plan, of the city of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, is hereby amended as reflected on exhibit A attached to the ordinance codified in this article, which is incorporated herein and adopted by reference. These amendments shall become effective on July 1, 2001. (Ord. 1775 § 1, 2001)
