1.50.030: MAYOR AND CITY CLERK AUTHORIZATIONS:
The city clerk and mayor are authorized and directed to execute the amended retirement system plan documents and to do all the other acts necessary to put the amendment into effect. The executed amended document attached to the ordinance codified in this article as exhibit A is ratified and confirmed in all respects. (Ord. 1727 § 3, 1998)
