It is the intent of this chapter to provide for the enforcement of applicable state law on the local level. However, it is not the intent to impose new substantive requirements on business that do not presently exist under state law. However, there will be additional reporting requirements and additional enforcement hereunder. Therefore, all interpretations of 59 Oklahoma Statutes section 1421 et seq., shall be considered to be incorporated by reference herein. (Ord. 1920 § 1, 2008)
