5.38.060: PERMIT; APPROVAL; CONDITIONS:
   A.   The city building inspector shall not approve any application to move a building except and until the applicant submits the following evidence to the building inspector:
      1.   The applicant has made the required arrangements with all public utilities whose properties or facilities are, or might be, affected by the moving of such building;
      2.   This is to include railway companies in the event the route designated in the application crosses railroad tracks or rights of way; and
      3.   The applicant has made the required arrangements with any necessary plumbers, electrical contractors, or similar building professionals to install such plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems as may be legally necessary to adapt the building to its intended use at the new location.
   B.   The city building inspector, before approving any application, shall satisfy himself that the applicant has obtained proper clearance with the city police department and the city fire department. (Ord. 1931 § 2, 2008)
