A. Upon approval of the application by the city building inspector, the application shall be transmitted by the building inspector to the city clerk. The city clerk shall issue a permit to the applicant on the payment of permit fee as required in the following subsections:
1. A permit fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) to move a building from outside the city limits to a location within the city limits is hereby established for the first day and each additional day or part thereof that it is intended that the building shall occupy any portion of any public place.
2. A permit fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) to move a building from one location within the city to another location within the city is hereby established for the first day and each additional day or part thereof that it is intended that the building shall occupy any portion of any public place.
3. A permit fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) to move a building from a location inside the city limits to a point beyond the city limits is hereby established for the first day and each additional day or part thereof that it is intended that the building shall occupy any portion of any public place.
B. An additional fee of ten dollars ($10.00) is hereby established for each additional day or part thereof over and above the time stated on the application during which any building occupies any public place and shall be paid upon completion of the moving. (Ord. 1931 § 2, 2008)
