There is hereby established a community service administrative fee or a probationary fee, to be set by the court but not to exceed that allowed by state statute or state court rule. Said fee may be imposed per each charge on a deferred prosecution or on each conviction involving a deferred sentence or a sentence to community service, and shall be paid by the defendant. Said fee may be waived by the municipal judge or city attorney, but only in writing and only in the interests of justice. (Ord. 1915 § 1, 2008)
