The commission of any crime, unlawful act, offense or any violation of any section of any ordinance, code of ordinances of the city or city charter provision or any subsequent ordinance or charter provision of the city, by any person, firm or corporation, shall constitute the commission of, and is hereby expressly declared to be, a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable as a misdemeanor, including, but not limited to, any attempts, counseling and/or aiding the commission of any crime, unlawful act, offense or violation of any section of any ordinance, code of ordinances of the city or city charter provision or any subsequent ordinance or charter provision of the city.
