5.06.030: HOURS OF OPERATION; ON PREMISES CONSUMPTION:
It is unlawful and a misdemeanor for any retail dealer of low point beer for consumption on the premises, except those operating by virtue of a state mixed beverage, caterer or special events license, to:
   A.   Sell or serve any "low point beer" as defined in this chapter between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. excepting Saturday nights when such beverages may not be sold, dispensed, served or consumed on the premises between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and twelve o'clock (12:00) noon Sundays; or
   B.   Be open or to operate in any manner, or to allow any live entertainment on the premises, or to allow or have in operation upon the premises any coin operated amusement devices, or to have any customers upon the premises between the hours of two fifteen o'clock (2:15) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. on any day.
