A. The definitions of terms used herein are the same as those set forth in Oklahoma Statutes title 37A as adopted as of the date of this section and as may be amended through the Legislature or interpreted through the courts.
B. As used in this chapter, "State license" shall mean the license, or person or entity holding a license, issued under the terms of Oklahoma Statutes, title 37A.
C. Words in the plural include the singular, and vice versa, and words imparting the masculine gender include the feminine, and any reference to Oklahoma Statutes title 37 contained within this Code shall hereby refer to Oklahoma Statutes title 37A.
D. Alcohol as used in this chapter includes all alcoholic beverages except alcohol produced for use as a motor fuel under permit of the State of Oklahoma. (Ord. 2117, 2018)
