3.32.130: CONTROL OF THE FUNDS:
During the period of apportionment, the Apportionment Fund shall constitute funds of the Okmulgee Economic Development Authority and shall not constitute a part of the general funds to be appropriated annually by the Governing Body of the City. (Ord. 2126, 2019)
