3.32.100: COSTS BY MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY:
The Okmulgee Municipal Authority shall have the authority to carry out certain provisions of the Project Plan, including the authority to incur project costs pursuant to section VIII of the Project Plan; to be reimbursed by the Okmulgee Economic Development Authority for payment of project costs and other costs incurred in support of the implementation of the project. (Ord. 2126, 2019)
