3.32.060: BOUNDARIES:
The boundaries of the Okmulgee economic development project area and the boundaries of Increment District No. 1, City of Okmulgee, are hereby designated and adopted as follows:

   Boundary Description
A tract of land lying within Sections 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33 of Township 14 North, Range 13 East of the Indian Meridian, and Sections 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Township 13 North, Range 13 East of the Indian Meridian, City of Okmulgee, Okmulgee County, State of Oklahoma, being further described as:
Commencing at the intersection of the northern boundary of the incorporated area of the City of Okmulgee ("City"), which is parallel to the northern boundary line of Section 19, Township 14 North, Range 13 East, and the western boundary of the incorporated area of the City of Okmulgee ("City"), the Point of Beginning, thence southerly along the western boundary of the City to the intersection with the northern right-of-way of Wyandotte Street, thence westerly along the northern right-of-way of Wyandotte Street to the intersection with the western right-of-way of Okmulgee Avenue, thence southerly along the western right-of-way of Okmulgee Avenue to the intersection with the northern right-of-way of Kiowa Street, thence westerly along the northern right-of-way of Kiowa Street to the intersection with the western right-of-way of Alabama Street, thence southerly along the western right-of-way of Alabama Street to the intersection with the southern right-of-way of 6th Street, thence easterly along the southern right-of-way of 6th Street to the intersection with the eastern right-of-way of Mission Road, thence northerly along the eastern right-of-way of Mission Road to the intersection with the northern right-of-way of Eufaula Street, thence westerly along the northern right-of-way of Eufaula Street to the intersection with the eastern right-of-way of State Highway 75, thence northerly along the eastern right-of-way of State Highway 75 to the intersection with the northern right-of-way Gun Club Road, thence easterly a distance of approximately 6,630 feet along the northern right-of-way of Gun Club Road to the intersection with the boundary of the City, thence northerly along the boundary of the City a distance of approximately 2,990 feet, thence easterly along the boundary of the City a distance of approximately 370 feet, thence northerly along the boundary of the City a distance of approximately 4,930 feet, thence westerly along the boundary of the City a distance of approximately 1,720 feet, thence northerly along the boundary of the City a distance of approximately 2,610 feet, thence westerly along the boundary of the City a distance of approximately 2,640 feet, thence southerly along the boundary of the City a distance of approximately 2,610 feet, thence westerly along the boundary of the City a distance of approximately 1,290 feet, thence northerly along the boundary of the City a distance of approximately 2,610 feet, thence westerly along the boundary of the City to the Point of Beginning.

Commencing at the intersection of the northern boundary of the incorporated area of the City of Okmulgee ("City") and the western boundary line of Section 20 of Township 14 North, Range 13 East, Indian Meridian, the Point of Beginning, thence southerly a distance 10,530 feet along the western boundary line of Sections 20 and 29 of Township 14 North, and continuing, as necessary, to the northern right-of-way of Gun Club Road, thence a distance of 6,630 feet along the northern right-of-way of Gun Club Road to the intersection with the boundary of the City, thence northerly along the boundary of the City a distance of 2,990 feet, thence easterly along the boundary of the City a distance of 370 feet, thence northerly along the boundary of the City a distance of 4,930 feet, thence westerly along the boundary of the City a distance of 1,720 feet, thence northerly along the boundary of the City a distance of 2,610 feet, thence westerly along the boundary of the City a distance 2,640 feet, thence southerly along the boundary of the City 2,610 feet, thence westerly along the boundary of the City a distance of 1,290 feet, thence northerly along the boundary of the City a distance of 2,610 feet, thence westerly along the boundary of the City to the Point of Beginning.

Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Fairgrounds Road/Tank Farm Road and the centerline of Morton Avenue, the Point of Beginning, thence southerly along the centerline of Morton Avenue to the intersection with the centerline of Wyandotte Street, thence westerly along the centerline of Wyandotte Street to the intersection with the centerline of Okmulgee Avenue, thence southerly along the centerline of Okmulgee Avenue to the intersection with the centerline of Cherokee Street, thence easterly along the centerline of Cherokee Street to the intersection with the centerline of Morton Avenue, thence northerly along the centerline of Morton Avenue and continuing along the centerline of Morton Avenue as Morton Avenue converts and merges into North Street and continuing easterly along the radius of the centerline line of North Street to the intersection with the centerline of Box Avenue, thence northeasterly along the centerline of Box Avenue to the intersection with the western right-of-way of State Highway 75, thence northerly along the western right-of-way of State Highway 75 to the intersection with the centerline of Fairgrounds Road/Tank Farm Road, thence westerly along the centerline of Fairgrounds Road/Tank Farm Road to the Point of Beginning.
