3.32.050: CREATION AND NAMING OF THE DISTRICT:
For identification purposes, the name of the increment district, which is an ad valorem tax increment district, shall be Increment District No. 1, City of Okmulgee. Increment District No. 1, City of Okmulgee, is hereby created as of the date of the adoption of this chapter. (Ord. 2126, 2019)
