3.28.030: IMPLEMENTATION OF USES:
In implementing the uses for which the tax proceeds may be used, the city may undertake to implement such uses directly, or the city may contract or enter into agreements with other entities for the purpose of implementing said uses. (Ord. 1700 § 2, 1994)
