3.24.160: DEFINITIONS:
The definitions of words, terms and phrases contained in the Oklahoma use tax code, 68 Oklahoma Statutes 1981, section 1401, are adopted by reference and made a part hereof. In addition thereto, the following words and terms shall be defined as follows:
CITY: The city of Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
TRANSACTION: Sale. (Ord. 1571 § 17, 1986)
