19.02.040: TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION PROHIBITED:
No person, firm or corporation shall allow his, her or its name to be used by any other person, firm or corporation, to obtain any permit for or do any work under his, her or its certificate of registration. (Ord. 1753 § 3, 1999)
