A. The principal uses permitted in the nature district are:
Boating.
Fishing if otherwise permitted by the owner and applicable federal, state, and local law.
Hiking.
Hunting if otherwise permitted by the owner and applicable federal, state, and local law.
Observation and photography of wildlife.
Parks.
Preservation of appropriate ecological niches and the associated plants and animals.
Swimming.
Water treatment and preservation facilities.
Transportation and communication facilities which will not be disruptive of the above uses. (Ord. 1953, 2010)
