1-10-2: PENALTY:

Any person, firm, corporation or entity who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined an amount of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and costs. (Ord. 2010-02, 10-14-2010)
