A. Placement Prohibited: It is unlawful for anyone to place refuse, trash, bulky waste or yard waste upon the public streets, alleys, roadways, curbs, gutters and sidewalks of the city or upon any real property owned or occupied by another, except as specified in this chapter.
B. Authorizing Others To Place Refuse: It is unlawful for any resident to permit, encourage or authorize others outside of their own household to place refuse, trash, bulky waste, yard waste or any of the items described in subsection 8-4-7B of this chapter on property owned or occupied by them.
