5-2-4: OFFICE OF SECRETARY-TREASURER:
   A.   Election From Membership: One member elected by the fire department shall be secretary-treasurer.
   B.   Duties: The duties of the secretary-treasurer shall consist of the following:
      1.   Calling the roll at the opening of each meeting;
      2.   Keeping the minutes of each meeting; and
      3.   Collecting any money due the department by the members. (1985 Code § 13-211)
