Words, phrases, and terms used in this chapter shall have the meanings prescribed by and shall be construed in conformity with the definitions of the same set forth in the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, 37A Oklahoma Statutes section 1-103, with the same force and effect as if the definitions were set forth in full in this chapter, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning or construction.
