The BOCA basic/national building code, the latest edition thereof, as published by the Building Officials And Code Administrators International, Inc., is hereby adopted as the building code of the city for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the basic/national building code are hereby referred to, adopted, incorporated and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this code, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in this chapter.
